TxDOT breaks ground on first piece of $13 billion I-45 expansion project

Leaders in Houston and with the Texas Department of Transportation gathered Oct. 16 to celebrate the groundbreaking on a $13 billion project that involves expanding a portion of I-45 in Houston and revamping the road system downtown.
