GCP Paper USA Inc. signs $400M deal with East Montgomery County Improvement District

As part of the agreement, GCP Paper USA Inc. officials agreed to donate $100,000 to the East Montgomery County Scholarship Foundation and to hire 51% of its employees from the East Montgomery County area.
