House Speaker Dustin Burrows, R-Lubbock, said lawmakers would “move quickly” on dozens of bills, which include a plan to redraw Texas’ congressional districts, flood and disaster response proposals, THC regulations and a plan to overhaul the state’s standardized testing system.
