Texas House selects Rep. Dustin Burrows as its next speaker

Rep. Dustin Burrows, R-Lubbock, was elected speaker of the Texas House with bipartisan support Jan. 14. Burrows replaced Rep. Dade Phelan, R-Beaumont, as the leader of the 150-member chamber.
