See what Houston-area school districts are open Jan. 23

Following the winter storm in the Greater Houston area, school districts and colleges have announced reopenings after being closed Jan. 21-22.

To commemorate the change in management, a community celebration will be held during the Kingwood Farmers Market on Feb. 1.
