SCOTUS upholding gun restrictions on domestic violence offenders heralded by Texas, national agencies

On June 21, the Supreme Court ruled 8-1 upholding a federal law prohibiting those subject to domestic violence restraining orders from possessing firearms, ruling the federal government did not violate a Texas man’s Second Amendment rights.
