IDD non-profit Family to Family Network to close after 35 years

Executive Director Mary Jane Williams said funding shortages are due to losses in a combination of federal funding, state contracts and local grant money, adding that there was no additional funding for IDD health authorities such as The Harris Center and Texana during the 89th Texas legislative session.
