Humble City Council approves 8% budget increase amid infrastructure needs

Humble City Council members approved the fiscal year 2024-25 budget and tax rate during a Sept. 12 meeting, increasing the city’s budget by just over 8% and narrowly missing a voter-approval tax rate election.
