Houston Council member puts forward amendment for more transparency in district projects

At-large council member Julian Ramirez has put forward three amendments to the city’s proposed $16.7 billion Capital Improvement Plan to require the mayor’s administration to provide council members more transparency on changes made to major infrastructure projects.
