9M Texans vote early in Nov. 5 election; turnout below 2020 levels

Less than half of registered Texas cast ballots during early voting from Oct. 21-Nov. 1. Eligible Texans who have not yet voted can do so from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Nov. 5.
