2 Harris County courts are changing how Houston handles evictions

In September, judges Steve Duble and Dolores Lozano were awarded a grant from the National Center for State Courts’ Eviction Diversion Initiative that will fund salaries for two full-time positions focused solely on resolving legal problems with the eviction process.
